Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This policy explains how CStoreScan uses cookies and similar browser storage. The short version: we keep it minimal. This marketing site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

The marketing website

The pages on this site do not set advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or social media cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve and protect the site; these are technical in nature and are not used to track you across other websites.

The web portal

When you sign in to the CStoreScan web portal, your session token is kept in your browser's localStorage rather than in a cookie. It exists only to keep you signed in to your own account, and it is removed when you sign out.

Sign-in with Google or Apple

If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, those providers set their own cookies as part of their sign-in flows. Those cookies are governed by Google's and Apple's own policies, and they are only involved if you use those sign-in options.

Managing cookies and storage

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of here, and we do not currently show a cookie consent banner. You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings; clearing localStorage for the web portal will sign you out.

Changes to this policy

If our use of cookies or browser storage changes, we will update this page. For material changes that affect your privacy, we will give notice as described in our Privacy Policy.
